Mindfood is a daily comment about the aspects of living that I think are most important for a person to be happy. Generally, these comments will be about

1. Living Your Passions

2. Being True to Yourself

3. having High Self Confidence and therefore high self-esteem . I call it being “self-full versus the more negative “selfish”.

4. Being a very Accepting Prons- Stop worrying about everything that is really not important

5. Setting and Attaining Goals that are true to you and your passions
