I always try to make “right” decisions. But if I only search with my eyes, I make superficial ones. When I stop and allow my heart to have input, then truly right choices are made. It is work, but I am shifting to a point at which I slow down and allow my heart to effect each of my choices. Even when I cannot “defend” my choice with logic, I am learning that I make better choices when I include input from heart as well as my eye. Sometimes there are no logical reasons why I make a choice, but it is still the right choice.

I simply chose to follow my heart this past weekend. I found the truth and sometimes the truth is not pretty.I also know that the truth will set you free. I also found out how great it is to follow my heart, where ever it may lead me to…. the truth…to my goal…freedom to be me…freedom to grow, I am pretty happy that I listened and I followed my heart.
