Look Fear in the Face
“You can gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You must do the thing which you think you cannot do.”— Eleanor Roosevelt

There is a cliché which says “If you keep doing what you’ve been doing, you’ll keep getting what (or where) you’ve been getting”. BUT … anything that we have not been doing is probably outside our comfort zone (that’s WHY we haven’t been doing it!); we think we cannot do it … we are FEARFUL of it, even if we don’t want to admit to the fear.
Can you admit that you are afraid on risking something you’re not sure of? Can you stop fearing the unknown? Can you poke at least one arm out of your comfort zone - just to see if it is as bad out there as you fear it is?
The choice is ours. Either gain strength, courage and confidence …. or keep on ending up exactly where we are now. Give it a try and then let me know how it felt.

I have been facing fear for awhile it has captured my heart into darkness, I want out. So I chose to take a step out of fear, each time I take a step out of fear I see the light at the end of the tunnel. Guess what …I have found that my pace is quicker and the more I move through the fear…the lighter my load and more joy is in my heart!!!
