Dave has worked in small to medium businesses for over 25 years. He has been an owner several times, a VP of Sales & Marketing, an Operations Manager, a General Manager of a group of eight companies and a Sr. Account Manager. He has been hired as a turn-around specialist, a leadership trainer, a profitability specialist and a strategic plan achiever. His expertise ranges from evaluating potential hires to leading the team to victory.
Dave has been a life and business coach since 1998. He has primarily coached business owners and salespeople who want to increase their income. Of the many epiphanies Dave has learned, a primary one is that almost always, it is a personal issue which is stopping a person from achieving their business goals. For this reason, Dave feels there is no separation between business coaching and life/personal coaching. They are integral to each other.
Today at Mindfood and Biz Wizard, Dave is a writer, coach and strategic planner focusing on employee retention, goal achievement, people management and leadership development. He is known for his ability to see through everyone’s smoke-screens, his brutal honesty, his creative solution skills and his out-of-the-box thinking.
